When are you open?

• We are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am-4pm while trees are available!

Can I bring my dog to Quail Creek Ranch?

• Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your dog to the farm. We simply ask all pets are kept under control and on a leash at all times.

• Remember to pick up after your furry friends!

I am a photographer. Can I photograph clients at Quail Creek Ranch?

• We ask that professional photographers contact us by phone or email. We do NOT allow photoshoots during our regular business hours!

What forms of payment do you take?

• We accept cash, credit, debit, checks, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo.

How will I cut down my tree? Can I bring a chainsaw?

• We provide hand-saws for our customers.

• Due to safety and insurance reasons, you CANNOT use your chainsaw on our property.

• Our employees are happy to help if you need assistance.

How do I get my tree home safely?

• We offer complimentary tree baling and twine for securing your tree to your car.

• We can offer assistance in securing your tree, but ultimately it is the customers’ responsibility to ensure your tree arrives home safely!

I’m looking for a LARGE tree! Will I find one at QCR?

• This year we have a large selection of trees 8ft and under.

• If you’re looking for a tree over 8ft we suggest you come as early in the season as possible.

• We hope our new tree tagging system will increase our selection of sizes in future years.

What else should I know?

• Please come warm up by the blazing fire and enjoy a hot cup of cocoa or cider at our warming hut.
